Normal body weight and BMI is an effective protective measure against poor health outcomes. This intensive 6-week programme specifically targets the loss of body fat as the key outcome. Each programme is personalised to every client and a registered nutritionist is assigned for the full duration.
Programmes are designed to address the symptoms of a variety of modern diseases. Each programme runs for between 6 and 12 weeks depending on disease type and severity. The aim of the programme is to restore health and reduce or eliminate dependence on medication.
A 4-week intensive programme for active healthy individuals (recreational to elite) who wish to improve their health and sporting performance by optimising body composition and by improving strength, speed and fitness. The programme covers sports nutrition, metabolism, muscle physiology, training plans, exercise protocols and performance monitoring.
